Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags.
• Please share your order number and photos of the item when making a request.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or washing are not eligible.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will exchange it or refund you at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose another product or receive a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).
